3. Orders & Payments
All orders placed on BMC Mart are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.
4. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the platform is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BMC Mart Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
BMC Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
