You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Easy Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.
Original Condition
Items must be in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom/cut-to-size materials, opened sealants, and installed items cannot be returned.
Process
How Returns Work
Initiate Return
Go to My Orders, select the delivered order, and click "Request Return".
Pack the Item
Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Schedule Pickup
Our logistics partner will pick up the item from your address within 2-3 days.
Receive Refund
Once verified, refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Initiate a return from your Orders page. Our team reviews all return requests within 24-48 hours.
COD order refunds are credited to your bank account. For prepaid orders, refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
